The role of our Compliance Committee is to provide the group’s executives with in-depth expertise, rigorous analysis, and evidence-based recommendations to guide its strategic and operational decisions.
A constructive governance
ACANS EURO GROUP brings together executives with complementary profiles and expertise, committed to the structuring, development, and supervision of the group’s activities. This organization allows for the articulation of strategic vision, operational steering, and the management of the balances specific to each business line.
Beyond individual responsibilities, this governance is based on a logic of close coordination between executives and subsidiaries, in order to guarantee the consistency of decisions, the quality of execution, and the solidity of the development undertaken.
Strategic advisory
The role of our Compliance Committee is to provide the executives of ACANS EURO GROUP with in-depth expertise, rigorous analysis, and evidence-based recommendations to guide its strategic and operational decisions.
Innovation and Research
The Committee may contribute to the development of new approaches, such as the integration of artificial intelligence, participate in the development of various risk assessment models as well as the strategy of our product offering, and provide the benefit of a leading external vision.
Compliance and Regulation
The Committee will ensure that practices comply with regulatory standards while proposing adjustments in the face of legal or economic developments.

Thilo Firchow
Committee Chairman
Thilo is a recent former magistrate, senior civil servant, and associate university professor.
Since 2019, Thilo has been a CSR and compliance Consultant, and a high-level Expert in public policy and CSR.
Thilo is also a Project Manager and Special Advisor to the Managing Partner of ACANS EURO GROUP.
